1. Booking Fee: Secure your reservation using the PayPal link provided in your email.

2. Final Payment: Pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 7 days in advance to cancel or reschedule. The processing fee is non-refundable.

4. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a smooth experience.

5. Age limit: Children must be able to swim and at least 8 years old. 

6. Parent to children ratio: All children must be accompanied by two adults per raft. 

7. Age restriction: All participants under 18 are considered minors and must have at least two adult per raft. 

8. Safety: Everyone must watch and understand the instructional video.

9. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited before and during the activity: We reserve the right to refuse service to uncooperative customers.

10. Galway Rafting does not permit stag parties. 

Any group found to be part of a stag party will have their booking canceled without a refund.
